Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 cups chopped dil leaves


  • 1 cups chopped fenugreek leaves


  • 1 cups chopped onions


  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic


  • 1 tsp chopped green chilly


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp chopped ginger


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp asafoeitida


  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour

Directions

  • In a pan add oil,cumin seeds,asafetida,
  • Now add chilly,ginger,garlic
  • Add onions and stir fry for1 min.Now add chopped dil leaves,and fenugreek leaves and cook for 3_4 min.
  • Now add salt,mix well
  • Now sprinkle2 tablespoon cheakpea flour on it
  • Don't stir
  • Cover ii
  • Cook for 2 min.on slow flame
  • After that stir well serve hot with roti,paratha etc.
